This agreement applies only to workers in positions under ancillary agreements #006. Among the excluded groups, the parties agree that clauses 9.05 and 9.06 of Subsidiary 10 will be repealed during the period during which this agreement is in place and that the rest days will be managed according to the rolling table. Negotiations on the re-opening of wages would begin no later than September 30, 2019 and, if we cannot agree on a general wage adjustment by October 31, 2019, we or the employer can request an interest rate deferral procedure. For the purposes of this agreement, the hours of work per year indicated in Schedule A of the attached rolling table are considered normal conditions for an employee who #006 within a subsidiary. The annual days set out in master/subsidant contracts for local #006 vary over a three-year period, as shown in Appendix B. Allowances and salaries for benefits defined in master`s/subsidy contracts for local #006 are not adjusted for the 7-hour, 55-minute day. review and consider all other points of the agreement between the parties with respect to the area concerned; Non-committee representatives may make presentations at meetings with the agreement of the co-chairs and a written submission is proposed to the co-chairs prior to the meeting.
